Houston police were dispatched to a Major Accident at this 3700 blk Cetti Street, Once at the Accident Scene HPD determined that a blue Dodge was traveling at a high rate of speed Northbound on Cetti Street where it failed to make the left onto a side street causing it to slide into a ditch lose control and flip and slide into a neighboring school Spark Park , Both Driver And Vehicle occupants fled the scene on foot.
