A Male Driver was Arrested Thursday after being chased in a stolen Tow Truck that he was using to steal another vehicle with.
According to Harris county PCT 1 Constables someone reported that a wrecker was being used to steal a vehicle near Woodland and Helen Street .
When the Deputy arrived and tried to speak with the male that’s when the wrecker sped off and Deputies giving chase .
The chase traveled through the Heights area , Then entering the North Freeway southbound up to I-10 east to The Eastex Freeway traveling Northbound taking the exit at
Around the 17800 Block of the Eastex Freeway pulling into a Chevron Gas Station where he was taken into custody . a passenger who jumped out the tow truck earlier near 45 and Patton street was not captured and the identity of that person is still unknown at this time
The owner of the wrecker came to the scene and said an acquaintance had taken the wrecker without permission.REAL SCENE VIDEO
